Art Deco Console Table in Bronze and Granite

About

An exceptional design utilizing a base of intersecting square and round bronze tubing. The top is an octagon shaped painted wooden form, lifted off the tubes by four red catalin (bakelite) decorative blocks. A newly cut black granite top is set into a bronze trim, creating a stylized stepped effect. The design is amazing, and the quality suggests it was used in a commercial setting, such as a theater or hotel lobby.
