Circa 1765 George III period pair of console tables, English. Deep rich wood with deal secondary wood. These handsome tables, once part of a banquet table, show the solid design associated with provincial cabinetmakers of the finest quality. Handsome returns provide visual interest to the line of the aprons. Fine timbers in the single board tops. 47 1/8" x 21.5" x 28" h.
