Elegant giltwood console table, richly carved in the Louis XV style, topped with a beautiful brown veined marble. The console features ornate scrollwork, floral garlands, and a central shell motif, all highlighted by a warm gilded finish. The shaped marble top complements the elaborate giltwood base, making it a refined statement piece suitable for an entryway, living room, or reception space.
This type of craftsmanship is characteristic of mid-19th century French furniture, circa 1850–1880, when Rococo revival was highly popular.
