About the Item
This console is a handmade reproduction of the French Directoire Style at the end of the 18th century. This period is remarkable with its straight, classical and timeless lines. The pink and grey lines on the drawer add an original and modernized touch to this traditional piece.
This console table is made in French wild cherry wood.
The drawer is topped with two brass knobs. This furniture also features a shelf between the legs.
The finish combines a blond cherry stain on the top with a light-grey lacquer for the rest of the table with hand-crafted bayadère stripes on the drawer's front.
The stripes are in mole-grey, light-grey, white -cream and again mole-grey, black and raspberry red.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS is a new brand launched in September 2018 by Eric Weiler (founder) and Eric Gizard (designer). We deliver 100% made in France high-end and top quality furniture pieces. Main material is wood, mainly ash, oak and cherry. Our wood comes exclusively from sustainably managed French forests. The craft-handed manufacture in the Loire Countryside and Bretagne ensures robustness and a very long life cycle for each piece. All our models are already fully assembled in our workshops. Eric Gizard is a famous French Designer in Paris and works several Fashion and Luxury Brands. He sublimates with his very fluid and elegant design each piece of our collections EGEE and KUBE. More over and previous to the launch of MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS, in 2010, Eric Weiler took over an old cabinet-maker named GONTIER established in France since 1920. French Traditional pieces and new designed models from GONTIER are also proposed on 1st Dibs.
