An impressive George II style giltwood console table in the manner of William Kent.
English, circa 1900, incorporating some 18th century carved elements.
This large and impressive carved giltwood side table has a shaped rectangular Verde antico Scagliola top above a moulded and fluted frieze centred by an eagle with outspread wings flanked by laurel-swags and raised on massive acanthus carved scrolling imbricated legs, regilded.
