About the Item

A rare and important pair of George II irish walnut console tables C.1730. Ireland Each with a moulded breccia viola top, above a shaped frieze, centred with a carved scallop shell, on scroll, shell, leaf and husk capped legs and lion's paw feet. Measures: 74.7cm high, 125cm wide, 54cm deep.
