Italian Column-Style Demi Wall Console, Flute & Leaf Carved Accents
About the Item
An Italian carved-wood half column demi-lune table. This vintage wall console from Italy features a half-round shaped (demi) top, above a curvaceous flute and acanthus-carved column body, with thick and rounded molding and raised upon a rectangular wooden base. This pedestal is hallow, with flat back-side making it ideal to be placed against a wall. The overall coloring reads neutral with hints of pale blue/gray and beige, which still allow much of the wood grain to show through. This fluted Italian demi-console will make an attractive statement on a living room or entry wall; perhaps adorned with some wonderful art or bouquet of flowers atop.
