Italian Iron Demilune Hunt Table or Wine Tasting Table
About the Item
Fantastic Italian demilune table having a newer steel top. Originally constructed as a hunt table or wine tasting table with a wood or marble top. The iron base is made of four pairs of supports conjoined by a curved rod. Elegantly curved legs ending with ebonized brass ball feet. The base is attributed to Maison Jansen and stamped Italy on bottom. This dramatic table would make a wonderful console or desk. The steel top is heavy and solid nearly 1 inch thick. From an estate in Hollywood, CA.
