About the Item
A particularly decorative French style Console Table that once had the ability to double the top size with a flip top feature which is no longer working, the piece is being sold solely as a console. . Raised on cabriole form legs terminating on well carved Snail’s Head feet with carved central cartouche. The console table has a hinged flip top.
Dimensions: 60.25” wide by 21” deep by 31” high.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include sun struck finish and the hinged flip top has been affixed in a way that it does not swivel and the back side is not supported.Despite the wear the table presents in a fine timeworn French style.

Antique French Walnut Console / Server Table

A beautiful and very well made antique French walnut console / server table. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1920’s.
The quality is outstanding, this is extremely well made and is a very useful size. It stands on cabriole legs with gorgeous, crisp floral carving on all edges. The top and drawer fronts are cross banded, the drawers are felt lined and have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for it age.
We also have the matching dining table and set of eight chairs that came with this, seen listed under our other items for sale.
