This spectacular antique Italian 18th Century original Louis XVI period console table is made of hand carved wood lacquered and gilded with gold leaves with a gorgeous scagliola faux Sienna marble top. This rare and refined Florentine console whole painted in tones of white-beige is enriched by gilded wood floral patterns and acanthus leaves very detailed decoration throughout. The neoclassical table of pleasant decor and beautiful line raised on waisted circular tapering fluted legs ending in toupie feet, high lighted with gilding. Wonderful antique thick scagliola yellow Sienna veneered marble top with grey, dark brown and black veins. This gorgeous high quality console table has narrow proportion can be easily inserted at different points of the house ideal for a living room, entrance or hall, is a piece of furniture of great impact and beautiful decoration. Tulip wood, King wood and mahogany alternate in the inlays to create elegant geometric effects throughout.
