About the Item
A fabulous restored multi-use table which may serve as a stunning console, writing desk and game table, circa 1975. Expertly crafted hardwood construction veneered in bookmatched Olivewood with inset legs made of thick planks of museum quality Lucite. The top may be flipped to use as a chess or checker board; removed to reveal a backgammon board. Equally magnificent when used as a prominent console or writing table. An incredible piece of jewelry. Excellent Restored Condition. The table has been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered. The Olivewood radiates a beautiful warmth and movement; the lacquer finish demonstrates tremendous depth and luster. The Lucite has been professionally cleaned and displays only minimal signs of age. The table surface measures: 22.75 inches deep x 44 inches wide. The measurements listed are per the table legs.
