Magnificent vintage Transitional Monumental mahogany demilune console table with a black painted finish, square tapered legs with stretchers, and 2 inch patinated brass feet. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, the whole table has been given a new black painted finish as well as a nice coat of satin poly urethane. We present to you a MONUMENTAL demilune console table comprised of a GORGEOUS freshly painted sultry black mahogany top and base bearing an apron under the tabletop, 6 square tapered legs with stylish and functional cross stretchers between, and lovely 2 inch patinated brass feet. This baby is solid, heavy, and quite frankly… HUGE!!! It is going to make an INCREDIBLE statement in a large foyer or office entry, lobby, large hall access, or it would be awesome utilized as a server in a grand dining area. It is Transitional as it bears many styles… a little bit Colonial, a little bit Traditional, maybe some Art Deco in there too, and a whole lot of FABULOUS!!!
