Antique Victorian cast iron sewing machine base desk console table with "Bow-tie" live edge wood slab top, signed William F. Herrick. Item features ornate Victorian cast iron sewing machine base with custom live edge, free form slab wood "bow-tie" top, beautiful wood grain, original signature, very nice item, great style and form. Great for use as small desk or console table. Underside reads, "Carving Myself, Poems from a Vermont woodcarver, William F. Herrick", circa early 1900s (base), 21st Century (top). Measurements: 30" H x 40" W x 25" D x 28" leg clearance.
