18th C. Continental Black Lacquer Chinoiserie Bureau Plat with Gilt Bronze Ormolu sourced by designers Parish Hadley.
Black lacquer with fine gilt bronze ormolu. Chinoiserie decoration detail is very fine. Two sliding shelves pull out on either side of desk. Two drawers on the left, a central drawer above kneehole, and a drawer with a further locked area to the right. Inset leather on top and shelves. Good overall condition. Evidence of lacquer worn through to wood in areas. Light wear and scuffs to leather tops.
