19th Century Fine Biedermeier Walnut Writing Table. Vienna, c. 1825.

Hello, This exceptional, early Biedermeier writing table was made in Vienna circa 1825. Viennese Biedermeier is distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design and excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design. The refined details of this gorgeous piece are highlighted by sophisticatedly shaped legs. This charming Biedermeier table has a lovely walnut book-matched veneer accentuated by a light amber tone of french polish finish and gorgeous 200 years old patina. The large single drawer is discreetly fitted underneath the tabletop. The piece is in very good condition. We offer our clients to send this elegant Biedermeier piece by air with a 30% discount for the total price of $1300. This is the safest form of transport for fine antiques.
