19th Century Oak Lawyer's Secretary Step Back Flat Top Desk
About the Item
This is a great looking antique desk with plenty of organizing space and storage but there is enough room to work on a laptop. The top is a separate piece and can be removed leaving a flat top desk which has an inlayed boarder but the place where the top goes does not have the same finish as the visible part of the desk. There is a scratch on the work surface of the desk (as shown in the photo) but it is hard to see.
The entire piece is 59.5 inches tall, 52 inches wide and 29.5 inches deep. The top section is 14 inches deep and 31.5 inches tall, leaving 15 inches of desk to work on. It is 28 inches to the flat top with a knee clearance of 19 inches.
