19th Century Wooden Partners' Desk
About the Item
A very handsome 19th century partners' desk with five drawers. The finish is natural wood, with smoothly rounded corners and sturdy turned legs terminating in brass sabots. The rectangular top is inlaid with gold tooled green leather to form a practical writing surface, set within a beautifully aged mitred corner border with rounded edges. The desk boasts an arrangement of five drawers with bronze 'wreath' escutcheons and would make a fine addition to any home office.
