Exquisite and Rare antique American Chippendale Period secretary writing desk or Escritoire. Made from maple featuring a flip top that opens to a fan carved interior and multiple drawers for file storage. The case is constructed via hand dovetailed joinery featuring four drawers and original Batwing style hardware with serpentine bracket feet.
