Antique Monumental French Regency Inlaid Brass Mounted Barrel Roll Top Cylinder Barrel Desk
This luxurious antique desk imported from Europe would be a breathtaking and functional furnishing for your office, bedroom, or living room. It has be expertly inlaid with marquetry, as well as brass flourishes. The desk has multiple drawers both in front of and behind the roll top. It has two small drawers on the top area, followed by another two below. Then there are two large drawers under the barrel top. The table top pulls out to give you more space. There is a perfect space on top of the desk for safely displaying home decor. The roll top locks, and the piece comes with the key.
The top comes apart for easy transport. Closed, it features a brass gallery top and original brass hardware, including leg rings and trim. There is one small barrel top compartment on each side of the top area. Inside the desk, with the cover opened, you will find a central double door compartment, with three small drawers on each side and a pull out writing board.
