Art Deco Dining Set by J. Halabala, Extendable Table in Walnut, 4 Chairs

About the Item

Beautiful Art Deco dining set originally designed by Jindrich Halabala in 1940s produced by Up Zavody - this dining set has since become an icon of classic Jindrich Halabala style and best Czech Design. This gorgeous dining set features an extendable walnut table and four dining chairs. The dining chairs backrests boast exquisite walnut veneer with unique grain. Table is easily extendable - please see the attached video. The seats have been newly reupholstered with black velvet fabric. All wooden elements have been cleaned and refinished with high quality lacquer that gave them elegant high shine finish. Original paper label is still well preserved underneath the table. Beautiful set, perfectly ready for everyday use.
