A George I style walnut veneer extending dining table and set of twelve dining chairs by Whytock & Reid, circa 1920s. The dining table with a cross-banded top, moulded edge and shaped ends having a yew wood oyster veneered frieze on hipped cabriole legs, terminating in pad feet, with two additional leaves; the dining chairs with shaped top rails and solid central splat having upholstered slip-in seats, on cabriole legs, terminating in pad feet
