American Mid 19th Century Cornelius Briggs Mahogany Banquet Table with Leaves

- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: We added skirting to each leaf in solid mahogany to increase the robustness of the frame; the added skirting matches the existing skirting and also makes for a visually more pleasing line. There is 24" knee room or more around the table. Repaired: The extending mechanism was cleaned and refurbished so it now runs smoothly. There are a few old minor repairs. It was refinished within the last 25 years. Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. The table does not come with chairs; it has three parts including the extending table and two original leaves.
