We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely stunning James Phillips & Son’s LTD Bristol solid Mahogany extending dining table with oversized hand carved claw and ball feet A very good looking well made and substantial piece in perfect antique condition throughout. The claw and ball legs are oversized and have the original castors, the reason for the castors is when you fit the manual wind leaver and unwind the table so you can fit the additional leaf the table simply glides along the floor We have cleaned waxed and polished the table from top to bottom, it's in fine antique condition throughout Dimensions: Height 73cm Width 189cm middle leaf 46cm so without the leaf the table is 143cm wide Depth 119cm History of the manufacturer The growth of James Phillips and Sons Ltd., the house furnishers, of Union Street, Bristol, can be traced through five generations of the family.
