Cerused Oak and Brass X Base Dining Table.
About the Item
Eye catching petite dining, or breakfast nook, dining table. Two V shaped supports are joined together to form an X base. Then, they are white wash finished to achieve a cerused look. Oak wood, with its high porosity, works extremely well for this style of finish. The two V shapes are joined together with brushed brass rods and brushed brass floor molding. Then finished in glass top is 1/2” thick. This piece is similar to works by Jay Spectre of the same period. Would also make a very attractive games table as well.
