French Louis XVI Mahogany Oval Pop-Leaf Dining Table is the perfect answer for those who wish a table that seats 6 comfortably, but can open to seat 8 instantly, then revert back to seat six just as quickly! This ingenious design features a lush flame mahogany veneer top that slides open independently of the fixed frame and legs below, revealing a clever folding concealed leaf that "pops" up to seat two more guests. The tailored neoclassical architecture of the table will blend with a wide variety of decors, and the cast brass accents add a touch of formal style. Accents include finely detailed rectangular rosettes on each "corner" above each leg, the top of which are fitted with cast brass collars, and the tips with brass feet. The tapered and fluted legs provide sturdy support with flair and timeless appeal.
