Fabulous Postmodern style dining table with a lacquered burl and inlaid V-shaped base with glass top made in the style of and most likely by Costantini Pietro for Ello. Unfortunately, it is not marked. It is in wonderful vintage condition. There are no chips or dings in the glass top. There may be small scratches, but we haven’t seen anything notable. The base does have a couple small nicks in the lacquer on the edges but also nothing major. Please see photos, circa 1980s-1990s. Now that’s Italian!! Just look at this gorgeous dining table. In the style of Costantini Pietro of Italy for Ello Furniture. Comprised of a V-shaped base (or is it a Y-shape?) that holds the large .5 inch thick glass top with a one-inch beveled edge. The base is lacquered black on the outside and the inside of the V has the most fantastic burl wood on one side and an abstract veneer inlay on the other in colors of yellow and purple and green and red and off white and blue. It is absolutely stunning! This will obviously make a gorgeous dining room table anywhere, but I can also imagine it as a dynamic executive desk. And I know it will be a showstopper when paired with beautiful contemporary chairs but just think how incredible and unexpected with a fabulous set of antique chairs! Magnificent Italian Postmodern style dining table signed by Pietro Costantini. Comprised of a concave curved rectangle base on two straight panels. Wonderful Greek Revival large dining table with a gray & black marbleized technique laminate covered triple octagon pedestal base & an elongated octagon glass top with beveled edges Attributed to Bernhardt. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The base molding around columns has been repainted and looks beautiful.
