Mid-20th Century Union National Duncan Phyfe Style Drop Leaf Extendable Dining Table. Made from American mahogany with a banded top. Features a harp or lyre carved pedestal base leading to six downswept legs with brass capped feet and castors. This beautiful table will be the center of attention in any dining or breakfast room. For those with larger spaces it can be stowed away along a wall and used as a console when not in service and rolled into place for large gatherings. Includes three leaves for expansion up to 98.5"
Union National, formerly Union Furniture, was known for high-grade dining room and library furniture. They operated from 1901 to 1994 out of Jamestown, New York.
