An original mid-century modern side table, in the manner of legendary Italian modernist architect and designer Ico Parisi (1916-1996) Italy, circa 1950s, having a rectangular inset glass tabletop with sophisticated etched violin design, rising on a bold yet extremely elegant and refined sculptural wood base, with angular stretcher-joined tapered legs. Dimensions: (approx) 19" High, 28" Wide, 15" Deep Versatile: As warm and attractive as it is functional, having the ideal low size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a chair side table, sofa end table, bedside nightstand, cocktail or coffee table, low lamp stand, etc... Condition: Very good vintage condition. Presents well. Sturdy, stable, structurally sound. Retaining vintage character and charm throughout, including scattered scratches to the original glass top, wear consistent with 75 years of age and use. Delivered cleaned, waxed, ready for immediate use
