English Queen Anne Concertina Action Flip Top Game Table, c. 1725

About the Item

Queen Anne concertina action flip top game table. The table is designed with lieu pockets and turreted porringer corners constructed of mahogany and matched mahogany veneers on English oak. The gaming surface is covered with a replaced indigo blue baize. The flip top is mounted on a conforming apron and cabriole legs with a lamb’s tongue cap. The legs terminate in pad feet. England, circa 1725.
