Late 19th-early 20th century English handkerchief form games table. Late Victorian to Edwardian era. Mahogany with rosewood veneers and boxwood stringing. In the neoclassical revival taste with inlay of urn and flowers. Graceful arched stretchers to incurved line inlaid shelf. Scrolling inlays of neoclassical motifs in dyed mother of pearl and boxwood decorate the top panels. Brass drawer pulls. One panel rises to open when top is turned. Restored gilded leather games surface.
