About the Item

Elegant Regency-period games table from England, circa 1810-1815. Crafted from mahogany, the apron is decorated with fine line inlay in satinwood and maple, while the tapered legs are finished with oval satinwood inlays. When the tabletop is folded open, a rich mahogany surface is revealed, bordered with delicate satinwood and maple inlays. The open playing surface is lined with green felt, framed by light maple wood. The table stands gracefully on tapered legs, elegantly finished with spade feet. Beautifully maintained and recently repolished. Measurements H: 72 W: 90 D: 43 Dia. open: 76,5 England, circa 1810-1815.
