Magnificent and rare Vienna Secession chess table or game table. Striking Austrian design from the 1900s. Solid walnut and original walnut veneered base with decorative inlay. Four original drawers and one drawer is original for a deck of cards. Four original pull out shelves. The table can used for playing chess but if you turn the table top, the other side has a velvet top for playing cards, like bridge or playing other games! This wonderful Vienna Secession chess table or game table is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. A real eye-catcher for your home or office. We will ship this lovely piece in a custom made wooden crate for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers!
