Louis XVI Style Wooden Bronze Tall Pedestal
About the Item
This is a Louis XVI Style Wooden Bronze Pedestal. It depicts a tall four sided walls tapered pedestal decorated with a parquetry inlaid with a diamond pattern. Each wall upper part is adorned with a long bronze ribbon shaped as a bow and enhanced by branches of bay leaves intertwined around it. The upper part of the pedestal is decorated with a light bronzed fluted wood panel border that is adorned with a crossed-X ribbon in the center. A red octagonal shaped marble cover the top of the pedestal. Each lower wall corner is enhanced by a long bronze stick.
