Born in England / United Kingdom in the late 19th century, hand-crafted in exotic Chinoiserie taste, featuring a scorched bamboo frame with gently curved legs joined by medial cross-stretcher open shelf, supporting a rectangular cranberry red brick glazed ceramic tiled top. circa 1880s Retaining the desirable characteristics found in decorative arts only at the end of the Victorian era (1837-1901), this remarkable English two tiered table is light, airy, and portable, showcasing Far Eastern - Chinese - Oriental - Asian influence, and artistic aesthetic movement styling, it's sure to add a splash of bold color, distinctive texture and sculptural form to any space, while simultaneously bringing a thoughtful touch of sophisticated antique character, elegant warmth and rustic simplicity to your room!
