Il tavolino/sgabello ISOLA è realizzato in vetro di Murano nel 2024.
Ogni esemplare è unico, grazie alla lavorazione manuale e alla soffiatura a bocca eseguita da maestri vetrai veneziani, che rende ciascun pezzo sempre diverso dagli altri. Questo oggetto si distingue per le sue grandi dimensioni e la complessità della sua lavorazione, che lo rendono difficilmente replicabile.
Il materiale utilizzato per ISOLA è il vetro trasparente PULEGOSO color AMETISTA. Questa tipologia di vetro è caratterizzata dall'inclusione di numerose bollicine, note come "puleghe", che si formano grazie all'aggiunta di bicarbonato di sodio alla massa vetrosa incandescente. La tecnica del vetro pulegoso è stata sviluppata negli anni Venti dalla Venini, celebre azienda veneziana.
Isola realizzato in colore Ametista pulegoso è unico in quanto non verranno prodotti ulteriori esemplari.
ISOLA porta la firma Kanz incisa a mano sul bordo inferiore, a garanzia della sua autenticità. Le dimensioni dell'opera sono: diametro 38 cm e altezza 39 cm.
