About the Item
Convergence of crystal systems and species. Color and form. The cubic nature of pyrite and the depth of green dioptase are exemplified via the Verdi Alpi Side Table. This table so far has only been created once, this being the only example.
Antonio Pio Saracino is a registered Italian Architect and Designer, member of the OAR, Association of Professional Architects in Rome. In 2013, he established the multi-disciplinary design practice APS Designs Inc. in New York City. Saracino's work features designed buildings, residential interiors, commercial interiors, furniture, and public art. His work is exhibited in the permanent collections of several museums, including the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the LACMA Museum in Los Angeles, the Brooklyn Museum in New York, the Museum of Art and Design in New York, and the MAAS Museum in Sydney.
