About the Item

For those with discerning taste in French antiques, this is a must see. This beautifully delicate etagere with intricate marquetry, a process of inlay that gained popularity in France in the late 16th century, has artful richness framed with ornate gilt brass work around the perimeter of each level. This beautiful table sits on slender ebonized legs that finish through three tiers in spade fashion. The ornate brass edging is on all three tiers. If you're in search of the perfect period French piece, look no further. Dimensions: 16.5"w x 13"d x 31"h
