Early 19th Century Pedestal Table from Ohio

About the Item

Early 19th century side table from Ohio made from pine with original painted decoration. The table has an octagonal top with a beveled edge and banded paint decoration along the outside edge of the top, surrounding a central painted medallion. The top is supported on a single pedestal, which was nicely turned, and terminates in three gracefully shaped legs. The table is resting on what appear to be the original casters.
