Late 19th Century English Mahogany and Satinwood Inlay Tilt Top Table Oval

About the Item

This stunning late 19th century mahogany oval tilt top table has a beautiful and ornate satinwood fan inlay in the center with a thread inlay of the same wood bordering the edge. The table sits on tripod chippendale legs that finish in slipper feet. The tilting mechanism is a simple square block with a catch. The table's center post has turns similar to those found in 18th c. tilt top tables. A wonderful find if you're searching for that perfect oval tilt top table for your home.
