Wisdom dining table is conceived, designed and created by award-winning artist and architectural designer Michael Olshefski of Primal Modern. Inspired by nature and bonsai, this serene yet sensuous First Place award-winning design can be purchased as a cocktail or dining table (as shown). A celebration of Wabi-Sabi, it highlights stunning and rare old-growth figured California White Oak with a meandering center reflective of a dry stream bed. The stone bed serves a practical function - either as a trivet for heated items or to absorb condensation from chilled wine. The table is accented with origami-inspired interlocking aluminum legs with black finish. Wisdom dining table is truly a breathtaking work of functional art. This piece is custom-made to order and can be customized in dimension, material and finish. Every piece is individually handcrafted by artist Michael Olshefski and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
