Beautiful original Cote d'Azur French Travel poster from 1947 designed by Jal. Created for French railways SNCF this poster was part of the post war effort to stimuate tourism for the country.
The SNCF (Société nationale des chemins de fer français) is France's national state-owned railway company and was founded in 1938.
A lovely design with wonderful colours and a poster in superb condition.
This original vintage movie poster has been professionally linen-backed is sized an impressive 23 5/8 x 39 inches (plus a little more with the linen). It will be sent rolled (unframed).
