There are bold brush stokes on this canvas as you can see in the pics listed.
The title is unknown to me (so i call it blue woman in a tree at sunset or early sunrise), the signature and date is in white paint to the bottom left side of the canvas.
Bruce Hasselle, 1943 - 1998, well known artist was active and lived in California, also known for his many exhibits at the festival of arts.
The frame is strong and in great vintage condition.
The canvas is in excellent condition. The oil painting has as if rain drops (intentional) are part of the painting.
