'The Calm Harbor" 19th Century Marine Painting in a Period Frame

About the Item

Well executed marine scene oil on canvas signed in the lower right corner 'N Ringold', no doubt a talented artist but not one that I could locate a background on. The painting is an oil on canvas and presented in a magnificent period and probably original frame. The painting measures 38" x 56" including the frame and presents nicely.
