Johannes Hubertus Hendrikus "John" Bévort, (Utrecht 1917-1996 Schoorl) view of Manhattan Lower Eastside from the Brooklyn Bridge
Johannes John H.H. Bévort was a pupil at the Artibus Utrecht Academy.
He is mostly known for his pallet knife technic paintings of realistic landscapes, beaches, and city views. After he moved to the Noord-Hollandse Schoorl in 1960 was known as the Schoorl painter.
His work was exhibited primarily in the USA and Germany.
Member of the International Organization of Free Art.
