About the Item
Impressive and bright red blue silver leaf mixed-media painting on canvas from 1970s. Geometric design dominates this large amazing canvas. Alternating colors and placement of the stripes create a rhythmic feel.
The three center strips are comprised of crackled style silver leaf and gold leaf over red paint. The resulting metallic glint is striking in any light. Unique and impressive.
Generally very good condition with wear on edges and sides natural to its age.
Signed on the back, Vera Simons.
