Budimir D Tosic 1925-1986.
Born in Nis (Yugoslavia) Tosic was an art student in Grerman-occupied Belgrade durning the second world war, arrested by the Gestapo, at last he found his way to France where he resumed his studies, going to the United States in 1947. There he trained as an architect and a civil engineer before turning to teaching Fine Arts in the 1960s.
