A vintage oil painting of a white Persian cat. This sweet painting, by Beno Boleradsky (a well-known Hungarian artists), depicts a playful white cat, with piercing blue eyes and long soft coat, laying amid the grass and spattering of flowers. Bears signature at bottom left, signed "Boleradsky". Beno Boleradsky was born in Gyuro, Hungary in 1885. He studied at the School of Fine Arts in Budapest. Boleradsky is best know for his depictions of Persian cats. Painting is set within a gold and black carved wood frame.
