About the Item

A portfolio of 17 mounted architectural industrial Mid Century photographs by Joseph W. Molitor ( 1935- 1985 ) . Molitor who was a peer of leading 20th Century photographers such as Balthazar Korab , Ezra Stoller , Hedrich Blessing , George Cserna and Julius Shulman documenting the work of regional and national architects for over 50 years . His images appeared in Architectural Record , the New York Times , House and Garden and other international publications , also publishing a book titled Architectural Photography . The bulk of his photo collection is housed in the Avery Architectural & Fine Arts library at Columbia University NY . This collection is of the Mennen Company Cincinnati Ohio , each piece is stamped to the front corner of the photos and to the verso Molitor , the measurements for the photos not mounted is 9" x 7 " .

    Wear consistent with age and use. In great condition with some wear to the binder from age and handling and some very slight yellowing to the board mounting edges not the photo which would be typical for this type of items age .
