One of the most iconic and sought after designs of the 20th century, the poster designs of bally showcase the crossover between advertisement and fine art.
The luxury Swiss Shoemaker worked with a range of esteemed poster artists such as Bernard Villemot on a very limited number of designs for the brand from the 1960s to 80s. This brilliant painted design by artist Gerold Hunziker is vibrant with colour, depicting an elegant woman looking lovingly at a large red bally shoe. Large in Size and in mint condition, this is a true statement piece and a wonderful treasure of mid-century advertising.
