Written and directed by the great Mel Brooks, "Young Frankenstein" was released in 1974. Starring co-writer Gene Wilder as Frederick Frankenstein, the film was a huge critical and commercial success and is widely regarded as one of the greatest, and funniest films of all time.
This beautiful US one-sheet poster is from the first promotion of the film in 1974 and features artwork from the legendary artist John Alvin, best known for designing the posters for the likes of E.T., Jurassic Park and The Lion King.
